Five Essential Foods to lower cholesterol

You'll probably all both happy and surprised to see it as top of my list of foods to lower cholesterol, but it is one of the largest sources of good cholesterol (HDL cholesterol) are available. You will increase your levels of good cholesterol by about 25% when approximately one quarter of a cup of cocoa a day. You should continue with it for best results so try taking it for about 3 months and see the results.
Orange juice.
Another excellent source of good cholesterol, you will all undoubtedly be less surprised to see this healthy drink on my list. You can already drinking this every morning, but if not begin to try with your breakfast. It is excellent at hydrating the cells and thus increasing good cholesterol in the body. As an added bonus orange juice is also a great source of vitamin C. Try drinking three to four drinks per day and you will very quickly how big it is shown to lower cholesterol.

Eggs.
What's this I hear you say, eggs on a large list of foods to lower cholesterol? Eggs have a bad reputation for increasing cholesterol, but what most people do not know is that they are a great source of HDL. They also contain a large amount of protein that you need to help you fill your muscles that you have to practice on a daily basis. Eggs are delicious any time of day to eat, try poaching, boiling or making an omelet to provide you with a little variation.

Garlic.
Everyone needs to eat garlic on a daily basis, it is lovely. Not only is it very healthy and a good source of HDL cholesterol, but it's also very nice .... So What if it makes your breath smell a bit. If you're adventurous, a whole garlic pop in the oven, roast and enjoy as a side, smells and tastes great.

Fish.
Another one you might expect to see on the list, but it's important to be reminded of this important source of omega-3 fats every time you read something about cholesterol. Omega-3 fats provide a substantial boost your HDL level and are among those foods are essential for lowering bad cholesterol. If you do not like fish, I'm sorry, but try again. There are so many fish that there should be there for you, keep trying if your heart will thank you.
