Vegetables are good for patients with high blood pressure. They should preferably raw.If know the facts, their natural juices, we must make sure that is not burned during cooking.
Cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, onions, radishes, cabbage, spinach and other vegetables are the best in their raw form purchased. They can be cut into small pieces, more acceptable, sprinkled saltand addition to this, a little lemon juice.
